Credit Union opens in Torbay with help from DCF

Devon Community Foundation has helped to open a new Credit Union, Plough & Share, in Torbay. The group received funding through the Torbay Targeted Support Fund helping it open high street premises providing a real alternative for the people of Torbay in relation to banking.
