Setting up a Corporate Fund with us to give in your company name is a cost-effective, rewarding and efficient way to make more of your charitable giving and give back to the local community.

You can choose to set up an Endowed Fund, ensuring that your gift keeps on giving every year, forever in your company name.  Or you can choose us to manage your immediate grant making, helping you to reach causes and groups right at the heart of the local community. 

Alternatively, you can build your Corporate Fund over time, using staff fundraising, payroll giving and corporate events to build up donations (see Acorn Fund below). 

Working with the Foundation means we can deal cost-effectively and simply with your charitable investment in a way which is tax-efficient and achieves real results.  

We help you to target causes and groups which best match your business interests and we'll take on all the administrative tasks usually associated with running a charitable trust - leaving you free to concentrate on your core business.  

You and your staff can decide which areas of interest or areas of Devon you'd like to support and become involved in choosing which groups receive your help.  We'll also help you to publicise your grant making and ensure you gain maximum publicity from your support. 

As a Fundholder, your gift will be ringfenced and invested in our portfolio which is managed by our Investment Advisors which include Coutts, Hawksmoor and Rathbones.

As a Fundholder you will receive:

• An annual Fundholder report, including financial summaries about how your money has grown, amounts available for grant making and case studies of groups your money has helped
• Invitations to Foundation events, giving you a chance to meet with like-minded businesses
• A chance to meet the groups and people you have helped

Grow An Acorn Corporate Fund

Setting up an Acorn Corporate Fund is an easy way to build your Named Fund over time by making a minimum donation of £1,000 each year. 

Building the Fund provides a great focus for staff teambuilding, giving them an opportunity to raise money on behalf of a charitable Fund in which they can have a say and giving them a target to aim for.  It's also a good focus for corporate fundraising, getting your clients and customers involved in a fun way to give back to the local community.

Once your Acorn reaches £25,000 it will begin grant making each year in your Company Name.
